Udon Thani´s nightlife is relaxed compared to down south but the nightlife is expanding. Alot of new bars popping up around the town with beautiful polite bargirls and cheap drinks/beer (Leo & Chang is 50-60bht).

One of the most recent nightlife attractions Udon Day and Night had it´s grand opening 8th of August. A bar complex feeat. 13 bars at the moment and make sure to have a look at:
