Bang Tao Beach   Bang Tao Beach:Top
just a few minutes′s away from the town of Cherng Talay, where many villagers still make their living as their ancestors did - by fishing, farming and rubber tapping. The northern tip of the beach is still an area where visitors might find that they have the beach to themselves. There are a few bars and restaurants there's not much crowd there, and it′s A quiet beach.
Cape Panwa Beach   Cape Panwa : Top
The beach itself does not have a lot to commend. It is a thin strip of sand and shingle. The seabed is sand and stones. The sea is shallow. There are nice views to the outlying islands but most people will only come here to visit the aquarium. There is a pier at the southern end of the beach and longtails moor here.
Chalong Bay   Chalong Bay : Top
Phuket principal boat anchorage and the islands largest bay. Ao Chalong has a long, flat shallow, muddy bottom. At ebb tide, water recedes as much as one kilometer. Chalong area have a good restaurant, and some good bar to visit at ther night time.
Kamala Beach Phuket   Kamala Beach: Top
Kamala is about 10 minutes drive north from Patong and a great place for those wanting to get away from the hustle and bustle. The southern end of this beautiful bay has a coral reef just a few metres offshore. Kamala is not over-developed yet, although there are some guesthouses and a few resorts.
Karon Beach Phuket   Karon Beach: Top
Karon Beach is located a few miles south of Patong and if peace and quiet is an important factor for you in choosing a beach this is a nice alternative to Patong beach. Karon beach is long with fine golden sand and palm trees growing about 10 metres from the shore. Although there are shops and restaurants around, Karon beach is a relaxed and quiet place in all but the peak winter months.
Kata Beach Phuket]   Kata Beach: Top
These two beaches are fairly popular because of the plentiful hotel accommodation located nearby. Aside form a couple of expensive resorts there are also plenty of smaller and cheaper rooms available near Kata beach.Like most other beaches in Phuket there are sun beds available for a small fee. Kata bay is lined on both sides with lovely views of green hills.
Laem Singh Beach   Laem Singh Beach:Top
Laem Singh Beach is one of Phuket's most beautiful beaches and hides on the west coast between Kamala and Surin beaches. 'Laem' is Thai for 'cape' and this 150 meters beach is indeed situated under a steep promontory, nestled in a hidden bay surrounded by palm trees and dotted with giant boulders, it has a feeling of secret beach. Be careful not accessible to all people, going there is easy but have to climb to go out...
  Mai Khao Beach:Top
Deserted and undeveloped, this strand just north of Nai Yang offers peace and serenity for the independent traveller. Steep shelving sands make the swimming unsuitable in the low season (May - October) but its' a great place to walk, get the wind in your hair and get back to nature.
Naithorn Beach Phuket   Naithon Beach & Naithon Noi Beach:Top
Nai Thon has excellent water quality like nearby Banana Rock and Nai Thorn.
ai Thon is a sleepy village with a few resorts, restaurants and a diving shop lining the beach road. Even with the arrival of the new Naithonburi Beach Resort, the beach is never crowded with lots of space between the one row of sunbeds lining the beach.
Nai Harn Beach Phuket   Nai Harn Beach:Top
South of Kata Noi and north of Promthep Cape, Naiharn is not Phuket's longest beach, but it borders the most gorgeous lagoon on the island. The middle of the beach is dominated by the Samnak Song Nai Han monastery, which has obstructed excessive development and is the reason that the beach is generally less crowded than other spots on the southern part of the island.A wide variety of water sports can be enjoyed, but swimmers should be alert for the red flag which warns of dangerous currents during the monsoon season from May to October. One can walk to nearby Promthep Cape to observe sunsets, which are often fiery and spectacular.
Nai Yang Beach Phuket   Nai Yang Beach:Top
This is where the National Park office is located. The beach itself is on a long curving bay lined with evergreens that provide shade to picnicker. The large coral reef is home to many different species of fish, and Nai Yang is well known as a site where sea turtles come to lay their eggs during the period from November to February; the population of these has however, dropped off greatly.Small food vendors cater to the many day trippers. To get there take the Nai Yang Rd., and look for signs indicating the park entrance.
Pansea Beach Phuket   Pansea Beach:Top
Pansea is a mouth-wateringly scenic enclave dominated by two deluxe resorts: Amanpuri and the Chedi. Film stars or VIPs like to stay there, as they can get away from the crowds. There are just a few restaurants and shops nearby.
Patong Beach Phuket   Patong Beach: Top
Patong beach is one of the largest and easily the most crowded beach on Phuket Island. Patong is the area with the highest concentration of hotels, restaurants, bar, shops and consequently the highest number of tourists. The beach at Patong is relatively long with fine golden sand. During the summer months the water can be too choppy for deep swimming but you can always dip your feet in the water.
Rawai Beach Phuket   Rawai Beach:Top
The waters at Rawai beach are a lot calmer than elsewhere on Phuket because it is situated on the east of the Island. There are plenty of small restaurants serving grilled fish and you can take a small table by the beach and your food will be brought over to you.
Surin Beach Phuket   Surin Beach: Top
Surin is a magnificent long uncluttered beach but in low season, care must be taken when swimming as surf can be rough and tides strong. During the calm months, Surin's clear waters are good for snorkelling or kayaking. Boogie boarding and surfing are also popular activities. Surin is the site of Thailand's second-oldest golf course, now being developed into a public park.
